8 U.S.C. § 1182

8 U.S.C. § 1182 is the section of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA § 212) that lists the grounds of inadmissibility — the reasons a noncitizen may be denied a visa, admission, or adjustment of status, such as certain criminal, health, or security grounds.
