The court is in Suite 700 of One Riverview Square, at 333 South Miami Avenue, on the north bank of the Miami River near the corner of South Miami Avenue and SW 3rd Street — at the edge of downtown Miami and the Brickell district.
The Riverwalk Metromover station sits directly beside the building on the free downtown people-mover loop, which connects to Metrorail elsewhere in the system. Paid parking is available throughout the surrounding downtown blocks.
One Riverview Square is a downtown Miami office tower on the Miami River; the Immigration Court occupies Suite 700.
Miami is the largest city in South Florida and a principal U.S. immigration gateway. This non-detained EOIR court is separate from the detained Krome court west of the city, and sits within the Eleventh Circuit.
