The court is in Suite 3101 of the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building, at 1961 Stout Street in downtown Denver — on Stout Street between 19th and 20th Streets, on the block bounded by Champa, Stout, 19th and 20th.
The free 16th Street shuttle runs about two blocks away and connects to RTD light rail and Union Station, with downtown light-rail service close by. Paid garages serve the surrounding blocks.
The Byron G. Rogers Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse — an 18-story tower with an adjacent low courthouse and plaza, built in 1962–65 and named for Colorado Representative Byron G. Rogers — hosts the court in Suite 3101.
Denver is the capital of Colorado. This non-detained court serves the Denver metropolitan area, within the Tenth Circuit; the detained Aurora court is separate.
