8 U.S.C. § 1451 (Denaturalization)

8 U.S.C. § 1451, also known as INA § 340, is the federal statute on revocation of naturalization (denaturalization), allowing the government to seek to cancel U.S. citizenship that was illegally procured or obtained by fraud.
