Department of State v. Munoz
Department of State v. Muñoz (2024) is a U.S. Supreme Court decision holding that a U.S. citizen has no fundamental liberty interest in having a noncitizen spouse admitted to the country, and generally cannot obtain judicial review of the consular denial of the spouse's visa.
