The court is in Suite 13-100 at 801 West Superior Avenue, on the western edge of downtown Cleveland near West 9th and West 6th Streets, by the Warehouse District and Public Square.
The Greater Cleveland RTA HealthLine bus rapid transit runs nearby on Euclid Avenue, and all three Rapid rail lines meet at Tower City a few blocks south; downtown buses serve West 9th and West 6th.
The host building, the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse, is a 23-story, 430-foot postmodern tower completed in 2002 to a design by Kallmann McKinnell & Wood; the Immigration Court occupies Suite 13-100.
Cleveland is the seat of Cuyahoga County in northern Ohio. Its immigration court serves the region within the Sixth Circuit.
