About the Adelanto Immigration Court

The court is in Suite 201A at 10250 Rancho Road, at the Adelanto ICE Processing Center. ICE lists two buildings: Adelanto East at 10400 Rancho Road and Adelanto West at 10250 Rancho Road. EOIR accepts filings only at Adelanto West, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m.
EOIR says the court is in the GEO detention center, with limited parking space and no public transportation because of the remote location. Come by car.
Visitors are screened each visit and may have to remove shoes; food and drinks need the judge’s permission. ICE (page updated Aug. 27, 2026) allows a detained person up to 3 visitors, 3 times a week, for 1 hour. Bring a U.S. state or federal ID, or a foreign passport with a valid U.S. visa, and arrive 15 minutes early. Lawyers may visit in person 24 hours a day, or virtually through ERO eFile.
Adelanto is a detained court for people held at the facility, within the Ninth Circuit. ICE’s facility line is (760) 561-6100. Mail to a detained person needs their name, the last 4 digits of the A-number, the housing unit and 10250 Rancho Road.
