About the Los Angeles Immigration Court

The court is in Room 4330 at 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles 90012, in the city’s downtown. Cross streets and entrance directions are being verified; check the court’s EOIR page before you go.
There is no court lot: EOIR points to paid parking near the office and links a map of nearby lots. On transit, it lists Metro Rail, Metrolink commuter trains and LADOT DASH buses.
Every visitor goes through a metal detector, and handbags are screened. EOIR says hearings are open to the public, with limited exceptions set by law. Faxes and electronic submissions are not accepted unless court staff ask for them.
EOIR calls this court Los Angeles - N. Los Angeles Street. West Los Angeles and Van Nuys Boulevard are the city’s other EOIR courts; all three sit within the Ninth Circuit.
