The court is in Suite 4-200 of the John E. Moss Federal Building, whose entrance faces Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento, between 6th and 7th Streets near the Tower Bridge and the Sacramento River.
SacRT light rail's 7th & Capitol and 8th & Capitol stations (all three lines) are about a block away on Capitol Mall — roughly a three-minute walk. Paid garage and metered street parking serve the district.
The John E. Moss Federal Building, completed in 1961 in a corporate-modern style, was found in 2018 to meet National Register of Historic Places criteria for its role in Sacramento's West End redevelopment.
