The court is in Suite 500 of the Edith Green–Wendell Wyatt Federal Building at 1220 SW 3rd Avenue, in downtown Portland — on SW 3rd Avenue between SW Main and SW Madison Streets, about two blocks south of the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse.

Transit & Parking

The Portland Transit Mall on SW 3rd, 5th and 6th Avenues carries frequent TriMet bus service, and MAX light rail runs a few blocks west on the 5th/6th Avenue mall. Paid parking serves the area.

The Building

The Edith Green–Wendell Wyatt Federal Building is a renovated federal high-rise — not the Hatfield Courthouse — that also houses the IRS and NLRB; the Immigration Court occupies Suite 500.
