The court is in Suite 613 of the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building at 915 Second Avenue, on the northeast edge of Pioneer Square in downtown Seattle — on Second Avenue between Marion and Madison Streets. Per EOIR, visitors use the First Avenue entrance.
Sound Transit's Link light rail stops at Pioneer Square station, about a six-minute walk, and many bus routes serve Second and Third Avenues. Paid garages serve the area.
The Henry M. Jackson Federal Building is a 37-story tower completed in 1974 and named for Senator Henry M. Jackson; it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2024. The court occupies Suite 613.
Seattle is Washington's largest city and the seat of King County. This non-detained court serves the Seattle area, within the Ninth Circuit; the detained Tacoma court is separate.
