Everyone is screened at each visit, and shoes may have to come off. For the Otay Mesa Detention Center, ICE (page updated Aug. 6, 2026) lists video visitation seven days a week; check its page for the schedule. Attorney visits run daily 8:15 a.m.–9:30 p.m., and virtual legal meetings are booked through ERO eFile.
