The court is in Suite 1200 of the Peter W. Rodino Jr. Federal Building at 970 Broad Street, in downtown Newark's Government Center, near Broad Street at Walnut Street and Court Street.
Newark Penn Station — NJ Transit rail and bus, PATH, and the Newark Light Rail — is a short ride or walk, and Light Rail and bus routes stop on Broad Street. Paid garages and lots are nearby downtown.
The 16-story Peter W. Rodino Jr. Federal Building, in use since 1967 and named for the congressman who chaired the Watergate impeachment hearings, also houses USCIS, GSA and the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Newark is New Jersey's largest city and the seat of Essex County. Its court sits within the Third Circuit, which covers New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
