About This Court
Location and building details from public sources. Operational details are confirmed with the court — call (213) 769-0050.
The court is in Suite 241 at 180 Ted Turner Drive SW — a downtown Atlanta federal office building on Ted Turner Drive (the renamed Spring Street), near its Mitchell Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive corridor in the government district. (This is not the historic 1933 MLK Jr. Federal Building at 77 Forsyth Street, a separate building.)
MARTA's Five Points station (all rail lines) and Garnett station (Red and Gold Lines) are both within walking distance, and bus routes run the Mitchell Street / Ted Turner Drive corridor. Paid parking is available across the downtown district.
180 Ted Turner Drive SW is a downtown federal office building that also houses ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations and the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor; the Immigration Court occupies Suite 241.
Atlanta is the capital of Georgia and the busiest immigration-court city in the Southeast. This is the original of the two downtown Atlanta courts, within the Eleventh Circuit.
