The court is in Suite 400 at 5701 Executive Center Drive, in an office park in east Charlotte — off Albemarle Road (US-74) near the I-85 / I-277 corridor, well outside the uptown core.
The location is car-oriented; several CATS bus routes pass within a short distance, and the building offers free on-site parking. There is no nearby rail.
The address is a modest multi-tenant office-park building; co-tenants include the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. The Immigration Court occupies Suite 400, with free parking.
Charlotte is North Carolina's largest city and the seat of Mecklenburg County. Its immigration court serves the Carolinas region, within the Fourth Circuit.
