The location is car-oriented with on-site parking; Fairfax Connector and Metrobus routes serve the Route 236 corridor, and the nearest Metrorail station (Dunn Loring) is a drive away.
The address is a suburban office building with standard security screening; the Immigration Court occupies Suite 400.
This newer court opened to help replace the Arlington Immigration Court, which closed in 2022. It serves Northern Virginia within the Fourth Circuit.
