Virginia Immigration Courts
Virginia has four EOIR locations, all in the Fourth Circuit. Annandale and Sterling, in Northern Virginia, are the hearing courts that replaced the Arlington Immigration Court, which closed in 2022. Falls Church and Richmond are Immigration Adjudication Centers, where judges hear cases for other courts nationwide by video; Falls Church is also EOIR's headquarters and the home of the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Carlos Maury, a former U.S. Immigration Judge, represents clients before these courts. Carlos Maury is licensed in Florida. Practice limited to federal immigration law; we represent clients in all 50 states. Call (213) 769-0050 — hablamos español.
