Washington, D.C. Area Immigration Courts
EOIR lists no immigration court inside the District of Columbia. Washington-area cases are heard at four courts nearby: Annandale and Sterling in Northern Virginia — which opened to replace the Arlington Immigration Court after it closed in 2022 — and Hyattsville and Baltimore in Maryland. All four sit in the Fourth Circuit. Falls Church, Virginia, is EOIR's headquarters city and the home of the Board of Immigration Appeals.
