Getting There

The court is in Suite 2600 (26th floor) of the Peachtree Summit Federal Building at 401 West Peachtree Street, on the north edge of downtown near North Avenue — on a triangular block bounded by the Downtown Connector freeway, West Peachtree Street and Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard.

Transit & Parking

The building connects directly to MARTA's Civic Center station (Red and Gold Lines), whose right-of-way runs through the tower's lobby; North Avenue station is also nearby. Paid parking serves the surrounding blocks.

The Building

The Peachtree Summit Federal Building is a triangular ~30-story tower completed in 1975 to a design by Atlanta architect Joe Amisano; it also houses IRS, Social Security and USCIS offices. The Immigration Court occupies Suite 2600.

Jurisdiction

Opened to relieve the older Ted Turner Drive court's caseload, this is the second downtown Atlanta immigration court, within the Eleventh Circuit.
