The court is in Suite 750 of the Richard C. White Federal Building, on East San Antonio Avenue in downtown El Paso's central business district, about a block east of Kansas Street and near the El Paso County Courthouse.
The Sun Metro streetcar's Downtown Loop stops at "Courthouse" (Kansas Street and San Antonio Avenue) a block west, and Sun Metro buses serve downtown via the Santa Fe transfer center. Nearby downtown parking garages.
The Richard C. White Federal Building is a seven-story federal building named for a longtime El Paso congressman; it also houses the IRS and the Federal Public Defender's office.
El Paso is a major U.S.–Mexico border city in far West Texas, across from Ciudad Juárez. This downtown court — separate from the detained Service Processing Center court — sits within the Fifth Circuit.
