The court is at the Port Isabel Service Processing Center, 27991 Buena Vista Boulevard, in Los Fresnos in rural Cameron County, inland from the Gulf coast about 20 miles northeast of Brownsville.
There is no fixed-route public transit; the rural coastal-plain location is reached by car from Brownsville or Los Fresnos.
This is a detained court located inside the Port Isabel detention facility — built on a former naval air station site — an ICE detention center; public access is limited to the detained docket.
Port Isabel serves people held at the facility within the Fifth Circuit; its remote setting limits in-person access to counsel.
