Texas Immigration Courts
Texas has thirteen EOIR court locations — more than any other state — all in the Fifth Circuit. Four are detained courts at ICE facilities: Conroe (Montgomery Processing Center), the El Paso Service Processing Center, Pearsall (South Texas ICE Processing Center) and Port Isabel. Fort Worth is an Immigration Adjudication Center whose judges hear cases from other courts by video. The Houston area alone has four locations.
