Massachusetts Immigration Courts
Massachusetts has two EOIR immigration courts, both in the First Circuit: the Boston Immigration Court in the John F. Kennedy Federal Building at Government Center, and the Chelmsford Immigration Court on Apollo Drive, northwest of Boston. Your hearing notice says which of the two has your case.
Carlos Maury, a former U.S. Immigration Judge, represents clients before these courts. Carlos Maury is licensed in Florida. Practice limited to federal immigration law; we represent clients in all 50 states. Call (213) 769-0050 — hablamos español.
