Getting There

The court is in Room 4330 of the 300 North Los Angeles Street Federal Building, in the downtown Civic Center. The building fronts North Los Angeles Street between Temple Street and Aliso Street, just south of the US-101 freeway and across from the Roybal federal courthouse.

Transit & Parking

The Metro Civic Center/Grand Park station (B, D and J Lines) is about four blocks away, and Union Station's rail and bus connections are nearby. Paid parking is available around the building; there is no free court parking.

The Building

The 300 North Los Angeles Street Federal Building, opened in 1965 to a design by Welton Becket, Albert C. Martin and Paul R. Williams, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and also houses ICE, USCIS and IRS offices.

Jurisdiction

Los Angeles is California's largest city and the seat of the Central District of California. This EOIR court hears removal and immigration cases for the greater Los Angeles area, within the Ninth Circuit.
